Get lower O/O rates for your investor clients and reduced I/O rates

Your residential investor clients have an opportunity to get owner-occupied pricing on investment home loans by bundling both their owner-occupied and investment loans together into the one transaction.

This means lower owner-occupied rates will apply across the entire loan, regardless of how the loan is split, with the offer available to both purchases and refinances.

The savings your clients can expect will depend on their previous rate, but the difference between Resimac’s investor rates and owner-occupied rates is generally 40 basis points.

Eligible clients who bundle their loans with Resimac not only gain a more attractive rate, but they also simplify their portfolio by having the one lender.

Until 31 January 2023, we will also be removing the loading on all interest only products, which brings pricing down on these loans to principal and interest rates.

Combine this with the bundle offer, and your investor clients can get their investment loans on interest only repayments at owner-occupied principal and interest rates.

General Manager Distribution Chris Paterson says it’s a great opportunity for brokers to help their clients improve their cash flow or return on investment.

“We know many residential property investors fear becoming over-extended on their property portfolios, and with the refinance market as hot as it is right now, brokers can fill a real need by giving their clients access to this offer.”

This bundle offer is available for Prime Full Doc and Prime Alt Doc products. A maximum loan to value ratio of 80 per cent applies.
