Exciting changes on the way with CustomerZone
Exciting changes are on the way for your Resimac customers! As part of our ongoing journey to provide customers with the best possible user experience, we will be migrating to a new platform on 14 November 2022 and launching a new online loan management platform, called CustomerZone.
CustomerZone will replace the existing Loan Enquiry platform and will help customers manage their loan (from 14 November) at customerzone.resimac.com.au.
New features and benefits
The new features and benefits in CustomerZone include:
- Put simply, a new and improved self-service platform
- Transfer funds to external accounts (Pay Anyone and transfer between internal accounts within the same loan agreement)
- Change repayment frequency and date, make additional repayments and increase the total repayment amount
- Direct access to BPAY, one-off, scheduled and recurring payments
- Update postal address
- Submit a Service Request
- Activate Visa Loan Access cards, change PIN, report lost/stolen/damaged cards
We also have some great new features coming, including a mobile app that will enable customers to access their loan account from anywhere via smartphone devices, and a digital wallet feature on tap and pay.
At Resimac, we strive to continuously improve our products, services and processes. As part of our platform upgrade, we have updated and refreshed our General Terms & Conditions for our customers’ home loans to ensure that our terms are clear and easy to understand. This means that the General Terms & Conditions that currently apply to your customers’ home loans will be changing.
Effective from 14 November 2022, the Perpetual Trustee Company Limited General Terms & Conditions will be replaced in full by the Resimac General Terms & Conditions Version 4 of October 2022, which you can find online at: www.resimac.com.au/disclosures. A copy of the Disclosure Statement has also been mailed to all customers.
We will be reaching out to all existing Resimac customers to inform them of the launch and these changes. All new Resimac customers will receive access to this new platform upon settlement.
