Don’t miss out on Prime Alt Doc and Specialist promo

Don’t forget, the Resimac Prime Alt Doc and Specialist (Full and Alt Doc) rate and fee promo is still available, but it won’t be around forever. Make sure your eligible customers are aware of it.

Resimac Prime Alt Doc rates are 2.99% p.a. (3.03% p.a.*) up to 80% LVR (Variable, OO, P&I). Rates are also reduced for all other Investor and Interest Only Resimac Prime Alt Doc products. Risk Fees have been waived for all Prime Alt Doc products - a saving of up to 1.00% at 80% LVR.

All Resimac Specialist (Full Doc and Alt Doc) rates have been reduced by 50 bps⁺. Rates now start from 3.37% p.a. (3.47% p.a.*) for the Resimac Specialist Full Doc Clear (Variable, OO, P&I) product.

Risk Fees have also been waived for all Specialist (Full Doc and Alt Doc) products up to 70% LVR.
