Resimac cuts turnaround times to less than two days
As part of our commitment to helping you better service your customers, we have reduced turnaround times to less than two days for fully packaged applications.
We’ve listened to your feedback, and as a result, we’ve improved our loan originations system and made changes to benefit both you and your customers.
These changes included more finely tailoring credit policy to suit your customers’ needs.
We have also improved the training we provide to brokers during on-boarding and for staff on product, policy and processes.
General Manager Distribution Chris Paterson recognised that consistent and efficient credit decisioning was just as important to you and your customers as competitive rates and products.
“True to our vision of being a customer-obsessed company, we recognise the need to support brokers with process efficiencies, and we’ve identified ways to improve our turnaround times. It’s a constant work in progress,” he said.
“Resimac is striving to consistently provide SLAs of up to two days maximum because we know how important reliability of service is to a broker’s business.”
