Coming soon: A better way for customers to manage home loans
In the coming months, we will launch a new online loan management platform, whilst transitioning to a new core platform. These changes will positively impact both your business and the experience of your Resimac customers.
Introducing CustomerZone
CustomerZone is a new platform that will enable your customers to have greater access and control over their loan, with a fast, feature-rich and intuitive user experience.
CustomerZone replaces the previous Loan Enquiry platform.
The new features of CustomerZone (formerly Loan Enquiry) include:
- Ability to setup transfer of funds to external accounts – Pay Anyone, transfer between internal accounts within the same loan agreement
- Direct access to BPAY, one-off, scheduled and recurring payments
- Ability to activate Visa Loan Access cards, change PIN, report lost/stolen/damaged cards
- Update postal address
- Submit a Service Request
Any questions?
We will be reaching out to all existing Resimac customers to inform them of the launch (including details on how to access the new platform). Post-launch, all new customers will receive access to the new platform upon settlement.
