Resimac Prime rates - still some of the sharpest in the market
While Resimac Prime Alt Doc and Specialist rates have been grabbing most of the headlines, don't forget that we still offer some of the sharpest Prime rates in the market.
Resimac Prime Flex begins at 2.29% p.a. (variable, OO, P&I, up to 70% LVR; 2.66% p.a.* comparison rate) and is 2.39% p.a. at 80% LVR (2.76% p.a.* comparison rate).
Resimac Prime products are extremely flexible, with the ability to use the finance for diverse purposes and a range of features to suit different needs.
As well as purchase and refinance, Resimac Prime loans can also be used for debt consolidation, business purposes and cash out.1
Borrowers can access up to $2 million at 80% LVR and there are no application or solicitor fees. Resimac Prime (Standard) also has no ongoing fees (Prime Flex incurs an annual fee).
For applications where LMI is required, Resimac is also in a unique position to authorise in-house, meaning valuable days aren’t lost waiting for external approval.
One particular niche of Resimac is that we base our interest rates on the security type, not the loan purpose; so those with a large amount of equity wanting cash out, for instance to enter the share market, they can enjoy Owner Occupied interest rates from as low as 2.29% p.a.
With sharply priced Prime products, and leading Prime Alt Doc and Specialist products, no matter what type of customer walks through your door, Resimac is likely to have a solution to suit them.
